What to include
Four lines make the difference between a reply that solves it and three emails that do not:
- Which game, and the app version (on the game's Settings screen, or in the store listing under your purchase).
- Your device and OS version — “iPhone 13, iOS 18.2”, “OnePlus Nord, Android 14”.
- Which level or screen it happened on.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or short screen recording is worth more than any description.
Common questions
I lost my progress
Progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app, switching phones, or clearing the app's data clears it. Saving progress to an account across devices is not in the current release. If progress vanished while the app stayed installed, that is a bug and we want to hear about it — send the four lines above.
I paid for “Remove ads” and ads came back
Reinstalling or switching devices means the app has to ask the store what you own. Open the game's Settings screen and choose Restore purchases, with a working internet connection, while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. If ads are still there afterwards, write to us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
I want a refund
Refunds are issued by the store, not by us — we have no ability to charge or refund your card. On iOS, use Apple's report a problem page. On Android, use the order history in the Google Play app or website. If a store refuses and you believe the app was at fault, tell us what happened.
Delete my data
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For the anonymous diagnostics we hold, email us and read section 13 of the privacy policy first — it says what to include so that the request can actually be acted on.
A level seems impossible
Every board we ship is solvable from the state you left it in. If you are convinced one is not, send the level number and a screenshot — you may have found a genuine bug in the level, and that is worth more to us than almost any other report.
A level seems too hard, or too easy
Say so. Difficulty is tuned from exactly this kind of message, plus anonymous statistics about where players stop.
